Fran Bow is a captivating adventure game that delves into the unsettling journey of a young girl named Fran, who grapples with a mental disorder and faces an unjust fate.

In the aftermath of a grotesque and enigmatic tragedy, where her parents were mercilessly dismembered within their own home, Fran seeks refuge in the nearby woods accompanied by her sole companion, Mr. Midnight – a black cat gifted to her by her parents.

As she wanders through the forest, the weight of her parents' loss takes its toll on Fran, leaving her in shock. Upon regaining consciousness, she finds herself confined within the oppressive walls of Oswald Asylum – a bleak facility catering to troubled children. To her dismay, Mr. Midnight is nowhere to be found.

Intrigued by a dream involving her beloved feline friend, Fran makes the bold decision to escape the confines of the mental institution. As she embarks on her quest to find Mr. Midnight and return home to her sole living relative, Aunt Grace, Fran must confront both external obstacles and her own internal struggles.
